Occasionally, files get corrupted for many reasons (e.g. user input, bad updates, write failures) and servers, like computers, will need to be rebooted once in a while. Also, it may be down temporarily if a critical scheduled system maintenance is running, but we usually schedule this off-hours in the evening and on weekends.
If your website is down, please allow for an hour or two in case a process is running in the background. If the site is still down, please contact us at help@rccgd.com to check the issue and reboot the server if needed.
