Please note that our late payment reminders are set globally for all subscriptions. They are only sent at 5, 10 and 20 days of the date of any unpaid invoice. You should stop receiving them after the invoice is marked as paid and a payment receipt is sent to you.
We also have an auto-payment option when the invoice is generated and this will prevent you from receiving any email reminders. To turn on this feature, when you make your payment, please make sure to turn on, "Use this card to pay future invoices automatically."
Payment reminders are enabled for subscriptions and to your benefit, since licenses and hosting are required to be paid on time to prevent your website from getting suspended and stop working.
